Refunds & Cancellations

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless cancellation has been specifically excluded on the Platform. In such cases the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

Replacement, Returns and Refunds

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request a replacement, return, or a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.

Timeframe to Request a Refund

Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or within such number of days as may be prescribed on the Platform, which in no event will be less than three days.

How to Submit a Refund Request

Please provide a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, and any supporting proof or documentation, if required.

Decision and Approvals

Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us. We shall retain the right to ask for additional details and to approve or reject refund requests at our discretion. We may require proof of the issue and will evaluate the claim against the listing description and our policies.
